These terms cover your use of Honkabout, a free single-player traffic game that runs entirely on your device, with no accounts and nothing to buy with real money.
Agreeing to these terms
By downloading or playing Honkabout you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the game.
Your licence to play
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Honkabout for your own entertainment, which can be withdrawn if these terms are broken. It is not for commercial use.
Biscuits and depot goods
Biscuits are earned only by working shifts in the game and are spent only in the Kerb Depot. They and the goods they get have no value outside Honkabout: they cannot be bought with real money, sold, swapped, transferred or exchanged for anything. They live in the game's saved progress on your device and are lost if that progress is reset or the app is deleted.
Fair play
Please don't copy, resell, redistribute, take apart, reverse-engineer or modify the app, or try to interfere with how it works.
Who owns what
The game, its name, its town, Old Wilf, the artwork, music, sound effects and code belong to the developer. Your licence to play does not give you ownership of any of it.
No guarantees
Honkabout is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, the developer gives no warranties about the game and is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including lost progress.
For all ages
Honkabout is a family-friendly game suitable for general audiences. It has no chat, no online play and no content made by other players.
Updates to these terms
These terms may be revised as the game changes. The date at the top will show the latest version, and continuing to play means you accept it.
